The balloon driver and his wife, who organizes the trips, are really lovely people. They are very professional. You need to be ready to give a hand in setting up and taking down the air balloon. You also need to be prepared to go the minute the weather is okay. We waited three days of "maybe we will get the email/call to leave" where the weather didn't work out, but finally on the fourth day, it did! The experience was one of a kind and really lovely! Would definitely recommend doing this or as a gift idea.
